This unique property, originally built in 1950, housed a Catholic school for nearly 50 years. The Clarendon Inn is located in the heart of Historic Downtown Wilmington, NC. The Inn is just steps away from the best of downtowns restaurants, antique shops, the River Walk, food markets and other stores and attractions. We are just 3 miles from the airport. The Inn has just been completely transformed in to an elegant, full service hotel with 11 rooms adorned with a business center, meeting room, and a hospitality suite that may host wedding parties, meetings and other events. A complimentary breakfast is served each morning either in the guests' room, the lobby, or the patio. There is a large parking area at the Inn as well as 3 patio areas positioned around the property.
